Chẻ 1 đường dọc theo 1 bên của múi mít, lấy bỏ hạt.
Hòa 1/4 lon nước cốt dừa với 1 lít nước lọc rồi cho vào nồi đun sôi. Sau đó cho nếp đã vo vào, trộn đều đậy nấp đun sôi.
Sau đó chắc cạn nước đặt lại lên bếp, xới đều, để lửa thật nhỏ liu riu, đậy nấp nấu chín. Khi xôi chín nêm vào 1 muỗng canh đường xới đều lên là được.
Cho nước cốt dừa còn lại vào nồi. Hòa tan 1 muỗng canh bột bắp với 1 chén nước lọc rồi đỏ vào nồi nước cốt dừa. Thêm 1 muỗng canh đường, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, đun đến khi hơi đặc lại thì tắt bếp.
Múc xôi nhồi kín vào các múi mít rồi xếp ra đĩa.
Rắc dừa nạo lên trên các múi xôi mít và thưởng thức cùng nước cốt dừa nhé!
