I seriously LOVE this thing. Day 1 out of the box and I made McGriddles! My daughter loves them and id rather make them at home (healthier and I know what’s going in them). Also, saw reviews that flipping was awkward. My tip is use something to stab and flip it. A fork would be great but obviously whatever you’re cooking has to be sturdy enough OR at least have a slim enough spatula that will allow you to get under your food to flip in a small space. Also a lot small than I expected... in a good way.

11/25/18 still love this pan. Used several times a week. Even cook egg sandwiches w ham and cheese all together. Have also used for mini pancakes! Clean usually just by spraying w water. This pan heats very quick.. I keep gas stove top setting on 3 out of 10. Orig 3/5/18 We eat a bunch of eggs (have chickens).. this pan has fixed my frustration of making over easy eggs and sticky pans etc.. heats rapidly (use low-medium heat) and I put little spray on as well just because.. use a spatula for a quick flip.. easy to clean.. awesome

I don't know if this pan has a ceramic coating, but it seems more like ceramic than Teflon, which I hate. I've tried using this with and without a tiny bit of seasoning (use a minute amount of oil, rubbed on with a paper towel), and with the seasoning it worked perfectly, eggs slid right out! Without any seasoning, they stuck a little bit. I haven't tried cooking spray - don't see any reason to, and I don't think the end result would be as good. I really like this pan and will be using it a lot. Really easy to use and clean, too. Eggs cook easier when covered, luckily one of my pot lids fits perfectly.

I bought this about 6 months ago and I fry two eggs and two Canadian bacon slices most weekday mornings. It still works great. Non-stick. I also use them to make sausage patties. They're the perfect size to fit on an English muffin. Easy to clean. Perfect. Just what I wanted.

This pan is fabulous, I bought it for my adult son who makes his own Egg McMuffin to take to work with him each morning - he was making them one at a time - I saw this pan and ordered it for him and he absolutely loves it says the eggs come out just like McDonalds and fit perfectly on his muffin making it easy to wrap and take to work with him each day... He thinks it is an awesome pan and the clean up is easy also … Another good point!

This pan made cooking 4 eggs at one time a breeze! The pan is deep enough cook a large to extra large egg with no spills! All you need is some cooking spray and it will wipe clean. You do need to use it on medium to low heat since it holds heat very well. I have a gas stove and there have been no issues. Mini pancakes turn out great even when adding blueberries. Nothing has stuck! So happy with this purchase.

Perfect pan! Love it. Can make individual omelets and freeze them for quick and easy breakfasts. Keeps me from grabbing something that isn't good for me! It is exactly what I was looking for!

At first, I thought that this was just another non-working gimmick for egg frying. It was difficult to turn over the eggs without breaking the yolk and it took awhile to establish the proper temperature of the pan. After 5 tries, I'm zeroing in on making perfect "over easy" eggs. I can't give you my formula yet as I'm still experimenting. But, once I have it down pat, I'll come back and add to this review. One important item is that you are going to have to have the right spatula (fairly small) to turn the eggs properly. In the mean-time, I give the pan 4 stars as I can see nice over easy eggs in my future. 4/2018 I've pretty much perfected my methodology for "over easy" and found my mistake was leaving the eggs on too long after flipping them over. By now, I have used the pan over ten times and I would like to mention that it sits flat on the stove. Accordingly, I have changed my rating to five stars. Bill Schultz

Pretty cool! I do low carb and am tired of morning drive throughs to get "bacon/sausage egg and cheese without the biscuit/muffin" at the tune of $2.50 - $4.00 per visit. So I bought it to make them fresh at home. I break a couple eggs in a bowl - whipped it up and used two of the cups. Now I make a two egg with sausage or bacon and cheese "egg" sandwich. I love it. I use a steam lid from one of my pots so I don't mess with the flipping - many times I make four eggs and refrigerate two of them to reheat as I want. Makes me happy!

I thought it was a little gimmicky when it popped up on my list of recommended items. It was little over $20 so I bought it anyway as I was buying other pans. The containment well for the eggs are a great idea resulting in a nicely cooked egg white any way you like it from crispy fried to low-heat poached style. Lots more control over the yolk cooking this way as well. Other users in the household give it two thumbs up. Great cooking tool.
