Tôm bóc bỏ vỏ, rút bỏ chỉ đen sau đó thái tôm thành miếng nhỏ, thịt heo thái miếng nhỏ. Cho tôm, thịt vào máy xay cùng với lòng trắng trứng, 1/4 muỗng cà phê nước cốt chanh sau đó xay nhuyễn hỗn hợp.
Cho tôm thịt đã xay ra bát, thêm bột bắp vào quết đều theo một chiều. Sau đó cho hỗn hợp vào túi bắt kem. Cắt một tấm giấy bạc cho ra thớt, dùng cọ quét một lớp dầu ăn để chống dính.
Bóp tôm thịt vào tấm giấy bạc, cuộn lại rồi vặn chặt hai đầu cho kín. Đem xúc xích tôm đi hấp, hấp khoảng 15 phút là chín. Để xúc xích tôm nguội bớt rồi bóc giấy bạc ra là được.
