Đầu tiên rửa sạch thịt và và thịt heo sau đó tiến hành băm nhuyễn riêng từng loại thịt. Nếu không muốn tốn nhiều thời gian, bạn có thể thái nhỏ thịt rồi cho vào máy xay thực phẩm để xay nhuyễn ra nhé!
Cà rốt gọt bỏ vỏ, băm nhỏ. Luộc chín bắp hột và đậu Hà Lan, sau đó vớt ra để riêng.
Cho thịt gà và thịt heo bằm vào tô lớn, nêm vào 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê nước tương, 1 muỗng cà phê tinh bột bắm, trộn đều. Sau đó, thêm cà rốt, bắp hột và đậu Hà Lan vào để trộn đều.
Thoa ít dầu ăn để chống dính lên tay. Múc 1 muỗng canh hỗn hợp vê thành viên tròn rồi ấn cho hơi dẹp. Làm tương tự cho đến hết nguyên liệu.
Đổ dầu vào chảo, đun nóng với lửa vừa, đặt các miếng chả thịt vào chiên cho giòn và vàng đều 2 mặt thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.
